With guidance from the assistant controller, performs a variety of accounting duties centered around the Elite Legal Billing System. Duties include, setting up new e-billing clients with custom task and activity codes, configuring e-billing electronic file creation, testing and customizing e-billing configurations, creating and reformatting bill templates, assisting in the implementation and training of Elite related software packages, creating and customizing various reports and spreadsheets from Elite and related systems and maintaining special client rate and discount settings.
