    We are seeking a detail-oriented and technology savvy Human Resources Coordinator to join our award winning Human Resources Department. 

    The key for you to succeed is your strong skills at administration and coordination. You are self-driven with top-notch customer service skills.  Completion of a bachelor’s degree is essential along with previous experience in a law firm.

     

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Works closely with HR Managers and Directors to provide top quality administrative and general human resources support.  
    • Assists with employee onboarding process and staff New Hire Orientation when needed.
    • Assists with planning and executing firm and department events.
    • Utilizes and maintain information in the HRIS database.
    • Manages firmwide job descriptions.
    • Supports the annual performance management review processes for the Staff population.
    • Supports employee development and branding initiatives.
    • Completes duties and projects, as assigned.

    • Possesses a high level of organization with the ability to prioritize projects.
    • Must have strong attention to detail.
    • Must have a high degree of superior customer service for both internal and external clients.
    • Ability to effectively manage sensitive and confidential information and situations.
    • Ability to accept changing priorities and meet time commitments.
    • Must have an excellent sense of judgment.
    • Ability to establish effective working relationships throughout the Firm.

    What else?

     

    • College degree highly preferred.
    • Experience working within a professional services environment.
